The contact form

When you write to us through the form, we receive your name, your email and whatever you choose to add (such as company, phone and message). We only use it to reply and send you a quote. The legal basis is that you asked to be contacted (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We delete the enquiry no later than 12 months after our last contact, unless it leads to work together – then we keep what Danish bookkeeping law requires.

Booking a call

The booking calendar is run by Cal.com. When you book a call, Cal.com processes your name, email and the time on our behalf.

Statistics without cookies

We count visits with Umami, which we run ourselves. Umami uses no cookies, doesn't store your IP address and can't recognise you between visits. We only see totals, such as which pages are read. That's why there's no cookie banner.

Fonts and video

Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so nothing is sent to Google. The films are loaded from our video provider, which only receives the technical information needed to show them (such as your IP address).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you, and to object. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
